{I feel so lame}

Tonight, a bunch of co-workers are going out downtown to celebrate a co-workers birthday. I was going to go but as I woke-up from my nap, I didn't feel like it. I know the girl whose birthday it is doesn't really care for me too much even though she invited me. Maybe she got over not liking me much? Anyway, it doesn't matter too much I suppose. I thought maybe I'll change my mind and so got dressed. As I was getting ready to put my make-up on though, I knew I really did not want to go. Besides, I'm not feeling too well. I'm exhausted. I just worked 6 12-hour days in a row. I think it'll be ok. Lol, I do feel a little guilty though.

On another note, I already know what I'm going to wear when my friend Leslie and I go out next week. :) She's just recently returned from a 6 month tour in Afghanistan. I'm so excited to hang out with her again! I did discover, while trying to figure out what to wear tonight, that I'm in need of a pair of brown dress boots. These are the ones I'm trying to decide between....

I like them both in different ways! I wish the bottom boot came in the same color as the one on the top. I think I'm leaning toward boot #2 though.
