Have you ever started a conversations with good intentions only to get partly through it all and realize you were just word vomiting all over the other person?

Seriously, I can't seem to help myself with certain people.
During the word vomit you realize they don't care and then you feel stupid so you just keep on talking.
Ah well.
Nothing I can really do about it.
Damage is already done.
Hopefully, it does not get taken out on other people.
