There have been a lot of changes this last year. I'll get to it eventually. There's a lot I want to talk about but mostly, I'll get back to documenting my fitness adventure.

A New Year, A New Blog
Well, it's been a good day or two since my last post. HaHa!
I've changed the name of my blogagain. What can I say, I'm an indecisive person. Plus, my old blog name "Southern Cajun With Altitude" no longer applies since I've moved to Florida!!
There have been a lot of changes this last year. I'll get to it eventually. There's a lot I want to talk about but mostly, I'll get back to documenting my fitness adventure.
