{Weigh-In Wednesday}

Only a 1 pound difference from last week, but I'll take it. I haven't eaten the best I could have and I've only worked out twice in the last week (that includes my 5k race).

I can't even begin to tell you why I didn't workout. I just didn't want to. No excuses.

What I am happy with is I've been seeing a lot of NSV's the past few days. Clothes are beginning to feel looser on me. People are noticing and commenting on my weight loss. 

I've also began the C25K program to help me improve my run time. I mean, lets face it, 40 minutes is slow for 3 miles. I'll get it done, though, don't you worry you're pretty little head. ;)

A good little note? I am 1 pound away from my short-term weight goal. Yay!

11 more pounds away from the next short-term weight goal.

Oh, I have to mention also... Please remember I'm short. I'm only 5 Feet 2 Inches. 146 lbs on a short frame just doesn't carry well. It looks better than the 155 I was 2 months ago!

I am also going to set-up a bodpod measurement on base since it's free for me for another 7 1/2 months until I have to give up that Air Force Reserve ID card.

  2. I'm short too :) Great job on the loss, you are getting close to your goals! I've done the C25K program too and I'm sure it'll help you build up your time... good luck!

  3. Way to go. I have been such a slacker this past week and need to get back to it. I am doing couch to 5k too! I keep restarting because I do it for 2 weeks, then I don't do it for 2 weeks...so I start over. I haven't been to the gym in almost 2 weeks but I am totally going to recommit! Can't wait to follow your journey. :)
