{Work it girl, Fitness Friday}

I missed the BodyCombat class! I woke up thinking it was at 9:30 but it was at 9:00. I should've checked the schedule as soon as I woke up or put the schedule in my alarm message. Ah well.



I did make it to the CXWorx class though. Talk about an intense class for only 30 minutes long! I've only been to it one other time and I'm definitely glad I put it on the workout calendar.



After that class I rode the elliptical for 40 minutes. Doesn't it sound more fun described that way? Almost like it's a carnival ride. ;-)



I decided to ride backwards every other song and that made it more interesting of a ride. I also usually listen to a workout station on Pandora but decided to play my own songs shuffled. If a slow song came on then I went slower. Faster songs, I worked that shit out. That way my heart rate kept changing. The songs in the collage below are only a handful of the ones played.

The gym is also right across the street from the Air Force museum, so I included a pic of that as well.

I'm about to get down and dirty with my condo & then I'll take the pup for his walk to the park.

  2. That's such a good idea to do it backwards, something I always want to do with the treadmill but I'm too afraid of looking ridiculous. And what if I tripped and fell? Ahh!!
