I never heard of IKEA until 2007 when I first entered my then boyfriends apartment.
Since then, IKEA has built a store here in Denver. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
Today, I decided to just go there and walk around. I walked around there for about two hours! Now, the thing I do not like about this place is you have to put everything together. EVERYTHING. That part would suck, which is why I haven't really bought anything from there yet. I did buy a candle today that is just a wonderful, heavenly scent. I also previously bought the lamp below but my ex-roommates dog broke it. Unhappy.
I'd bought the larger one but saw today they have a lil baby one as well!!
Anyway, I digress just a little. While walking around I think I found some stuff I would be happy to put together. Okay, happy really meaning I don't think I'll mind putting that stuff together.
Here are some pictures I took of said items...
I {heart} this lamp! It's HUGE.
This is the couch I'm leaning toward. The price isn't that bad either.
I'm picturing the lamp above behind the couch, in the corner, just hanging over it.
This is the other couch I like but I'm really thinking it's going to be the one above.
There's only a $200 price difference between the two couches, with this one being the more expensive.
I am absolutely loving this coffee table! I'm already imaging it with coffee books, a few of the lanterns below, and a tray with candles...

Here are two photo's of my living room as it currently is...
I just think that corner couch will look great in this space.
*le sigh*
There's my living room. I'll keep ya posted on when it's done, but I don't expect that until later this year.
On another note, It's almost depressing hearing seeing everyone else talk about tomorrow being Friday and the start of their weekend. Depressing because I go back to work Friday and don't get off until Tuesday morning at 5 A.M. Boo. The good thing? I am only working 1/2 a day tomorrow just cause I can and once I am off, I'm off for 4 days. Yay. YOU peeps only have 2 days off.
Mwahahahahaha
