I'm not even sure I can begin to discuss how tired I was/am today.
I didn't sleep well at all last night. I slept like crap all weekend actually. I didn't stick to my eating plan all weekend and I think that played a part in my sleep pattern, or lack of one. I also felt crappy all weekend (except the 5K I ran, that was good).
Anyway, so 12 hours spent at a desk in a job that's boring amazingly exciting (cough), unless something breaks, makes for a pretty slow an amazing day. ESPECIALLY if you're already exhausted.
I'm going to trust my body though and take it easy tonight.
I'm hoping I'll be passed out by 8 P.M.
