The title was just a little sarcastic about today. I have to be at work at 5pm and won't get off until 5am tomorrow morning. I crashed at midnight and even though I set my alarm for 3am, I fell back asleep. Now, I'm up at 6am. Hopefully, tonight won't be too, too bad; I know it's still going to be bad since it will be my first night working in over 2 months.
My stomach is also still really upset from last nights meal and 2 beers. Lesson Learned. I'm hoping for a 2:30pm workout.
