Blah.
That is how I feel today.
I worked last night and fell asleep by 6:30'ish, to wake-up around 1.
I'm tired, I'm hungry, and my head hurts.
Thankfully, I've only got tonight left to work before having 4 glorious days off.
I'm wondering if this last week will affect my Wednesday Weigh-in.
I've not been sleeping well and being well-rested is key in weight loss.
I've also been eating a few more sweets than normal thanks to my monthly friend.
Anyone have any suggestions for beating those monthly cravings?
Today's going to be a rest day as far as working out goes.
I really try listening to my body when it's like this.
Hopefully, I can get a little nap in and then have time to pick-up a Jimmy Johns sandwich and frapp from Starbucks. Yup. It's that kinda night.
Don't judge too much, the sandwich isn't too bad for ya...
