So, that means in real-time numbers I'm 153 lbs because my scale is apparently 3lbs off from the scale at the gym. It's one of the scales that you move the bar across and balance it all out. BUT, I don't know if that scale has been calibrated or not. So, my weight is either 150 or 153 lol. Either way, I'll take it.
Today's going to be a workout-at-home type of day. It's beautiful outside, so I really have no excuse except I'm working tonight and just don't want to leave my place yet. Here's what I'm doing, thanks to Pinterest...

Yesterday was somewhat of an odd workout day. So, I was going to go to the bodyflow class at my gym and run but thought it was at a different time than it really was. Great, then I decided I'd just run outside and do Yoga later that night at my gym. I went outside and it was freezing and only 25 degrees. Now, I realize many people run in that cold of weather, and colder. I, however, am not one of those people. I hate running as it is, much less running in below freezing weather. No, thank you.
So, I headed to my gym to run on the dreadmill. It was the smaller gym, with only 10 treadmills, and they were all taken! So, I thought okay, I'll just do the elliptical for 30 minutes and then get on the stair-stepper for 15-20 minutes. I got done with the elliptical and guess what, all the stair-steppers (all 5 of them) were taken!! Ha You've got to be kidding me?! So, a treadmill was open and I decided to just run for 20 minutes instead. I actually only ended up running for a mile, but I was ok with that since I'd already done the elliptical.
I also missed the Yoga night class because I fell asleep around 5 P.M. something and woke up after 7:30. Since, I was also preparing for working nights tonight, I was okay with that nap.

It was a good workout.
So, I've got tonight and tomorrow night that I'm working and then I'll have the weekend off. The week after that will be interesting, to say the least. I'm not looking forward to it at all. I work Monday and Tuesday, have Wednesday and Thursday off, and then work Friday-Tuesday. Blah. These are 12 hour shifts, so 5 days in a row suck; plus, there's a shift change after 3 days. The first 3 days of the 5, I work days and the last 2 days I work nights. Stinky poo.
Anyway, so one last thought...
I'm not sure where this thought is coming from, maybe it's me trying to be positive, but I truly believe in my heart of hearts that this is the year I'm going to meet someone special. Obviously, I don't know when or who ;), but I do believe it's going to happen.

I want that booty! I better start on those exercises :) Good job sticking it out at the gym, it would have been so easy just to turn around and leave.
