Finally it's beginning to warm up. We've been in the low teens and single digits this past week. You know, the so cold your running nose freezes! Today's high 34. You may think that's cold but trust me, after negative temps, single digit temps, and low teen temps, 34 degrees is W.A.R.M.
Last night I met my previous co-workers, and friends, at a pub for dinner and drinks. Quite a few people showed up. It's always good times when we get together. It may happen again this Friday. I think I experienced the winter blues last night. It was crazy weird because even though I was surrounded by these amazing people, I felt so alone and depressed! It quickly went away once I got home and, of course, I'm fine today. It was odd though.
I won't lie, yesterday I did not work out like I'd planned. The high was 15 but I didn't want to leave my place at all and I didn't until dinner with the group. Today I'd planned on BodyFlow (a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength) and a run. I {heart} the BodyFlow class. I missed it though. I didn't check the schedule and thought it was at 4:30 P.M. Turns out it was at 10:30 A.M. So, I'll do the Yoga class tonight at 7:30 P.M. I'll go run soon and make it an outdoor run since I've got the 5k this Saturday!
*le sigh*
On another note, I've downloaded some free printables to try and make myself more organized with cleaning and my finances. I already use a journal for my bills and paying them and such; it's handwritten though and not as organized as I'd like it to be.
One final thing...
