{Yay for my first follower!}

Ha! So, I've definitely got to give props to Amy for being my very first (public) follower!
Hopefully, it won't be too boring for ya. ;)

I can't lie, I cheated on yesterday's workout. Instead of doing the butt workout 3 times, I only made it once. 80 Squats in round one? 240 total if I do all 3 rounds? Really?
I could feel the burn for reals after just doing everything once. 
The Core Abs workout was pretty intense as well; especially the one where you lie on a towel. Psh. That one was pretty insane.

I do not regret only doing the butt routine once. I have a desk job in which I can sit for 12 hours. If I'm not sitting, then I'm standing in front of my computer. I can't leave my desk for long periods of time, so about the longest I'm gone is to refill my water bottle, potty breaks, and heating up my food (I'm busy making sure a computer system doesn't break). Anyway, so I try to stand up so I'm not sitting for the full 12 hours. I can already tell you that by hour 10 my bum was already sore from that butt workout. Crazy. Today's going to be worse I think.

For today, I'm thinking I'll have an easy, peasy run since my first 5k race of the year is Saturday.

Side note, I got home from work around 5:30 A.M. this morning. I've heard one of my neighbors alarm clock going off every 15 minutes. It takes them about 5 minutes to hit the snooze. Who sleeps through the buzzer alarm clock? Maybe I'm just a light sleeper, but I always hear my alarm go off and hit the snooze right away. Ahh, speaking of buzzer... there it goes again.

  1. 80 squats! I don't think I could walk after that. I could never 240. Good job for doing the first round though :)
