{Weigh In Wednesday}

147 lbs?

That just doesn't seem right.

I ate like crap over the weekend and the last two days.
I haven't worked out since my 5K run Saturday morning.

I'll check it out at the gym when I go later today.

What I plan on doing today is running outside since it's supposed to warm-up significantly. I'll also head to the gym for possibly this workout.



I normally wouldn't go to the gym for this type of workout since it's one I can do it at home, but I want to check my weight on their scale.

On another note... I believe I fell asleep for a hot minute in the bathtub last night. Not intentionally, obviously,  ;) and not for very long. I believe it was enough of a catnap though that it kept me awake until after 1 A.M. I slept until 11 this morning. It sure is harder to get get my body back to a day schedule after working those nights for 2 weeks. Hopefully, this body moves back to a day schedule soon. I don't like sleeping this late; it makes me feel like I've wasted my day and time.

    1. It is nice after we had 3 weeks worth of negative, single digit, and teen digit temps! Unfortunately, it's not going to last. We're supposed to get snow tonight and tomorrow night.
